Meet Ronaka!
Ronaka Jones Duncan was born and raised in a small town in Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2012 with her Master’s Degree in Social work. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Russell Sage College in 2004. She is a real estate instructor for the State of Alabama and is currently working on being licensed in Florida. She is a real estate broker for the States of Alabama and Florida and has been practicing in the real estate field since 2021. She has closed over 11 successful transactions.
Ronaka’s passion for real estate started at an early age while navigating the housing market to buy her first home. As a consumer, becoming educated was her first priority. As an agent and instructor, Ronaka understands how important it is to provide education for long-term growth and success.
Ronaka decided to take her passion to another level, and in 2024, she partnered to create Empower Real Estate School. The motivation is to see students not only pass the exam to practice real estate but also know the importance of staying up to date with the rules and laws of their craft.
Real estate investing, even on a very small scale, remains a tried and true means of building an individual's cash flow and wealth.

Meet Jennifer!
Jennifer Pasteur was born and raised in a small town in Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama with her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She also obtained her Master of Education from The University of West Alabama and is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Rural Education, Organizational Change. She is an educator in the State of Florida and is currently working on obtaining her real estate contractor licenses in multiple states. She is a trainer and instructor for the industry of early childhood education but has a passion for teaching real estate.
Jennifer’s passion for real estate started at an early age while exploring Alabama's rural areas and neighborhoods. After completing her first real estate course, she was instrumental in helping her sister purchase her first home. She then went on to help several owners with wholesale buying, instructional design, and planning. Her main goal is to help childcare owners understand real estate purchasing, leasing, and new development and help teachers become first-time home buyers.
Jennifer's love for real estate led her to partner with Ronaka to create Empower Real Estate School. She still believes "To whom much is given, much will be required" Luke 12:48
